: We are seeking a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with 2-5+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for IT roles within the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical positions across various levels.

Key Responsibilities Handle the entire recruitment life cycle for IT positions (sourcing to onboarding)

Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers

Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates’ technical and interpersonal fit

Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients/hiring teams

Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process

Maintain candidate databases and generate reports as needed





Stay updated with current hiring trends and technologies in the IT industry

Build strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities Skills 5+years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment

Good understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills

Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace

Strong negotiation and follow-up skills Job Qualification Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

Experience working with ATS or CRM tools

Prior experience in an IT services or consulting company is a plus
