The Operations Head will support the Unit Head in managing clinical and patient service operations across the hospital. The role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, patient satisfaction, service quality, manpower optimization, financial performance, and smooth functioning of all assigned departments. The incumbent will drive process improvements, team management, service quality initiatives, and patient-centric care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and assigned service areas.
- Conduct departmental rounds and ensure smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical services.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and resource optimization.
- Manage departmental budgets, manpower planning, and utilization.
- Lead recruitment, retention, performance management, and staff development.




- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and support departments.
- Handle patient complaints and ensure effective service recovery.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and patient safety practices.
- Participate in hospital committees, quality initiatives, and strategic planning.
- Develop operational plans and support business growth initiatives.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure proper staffing, roster management, and administrative support services.
- Support training, development, and continuous improvement programs.

Educational Qualification Master's Degree in Hospital Management / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration
