Digital Marketing Executive (Influencer Marketing & Meta Ads)
Location: Model Town, Ludhiana
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have experience in influencer marketing and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, this is an excellent opportunity to work with a fast-growing education company and build impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
- Coordinate with influencers to execute promotional campaigns successfully.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing content.
Requirements
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative mindset with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Microsoft Excel, or similar marketing tools is an added advantage.
