Role & responsibilities

1. Design & Development

- Conceptualizes designs based on brand guidelines.

- Creates tech packs, CADs, and prototypes.

- Selects fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for export quality.

1. Client Interaction

- Works with buyers or design teams from US, UK, or European brands.

- Interprets client feedback and adjusts designs accordingly.

- Ensures product aligns with brand identity and market trends.

1. Production Support

- Coordinates with production teams to ensure samples and bulk production match the design intent.

- Conducts fit sessions, approves pre-production samples, and resolves technical issues.

1. Trend & Market Analysis

- Tracks international fashion trends.

- Adapts designs to meet export standards and seasonal requirements.





Requirements for US/UK/EU Brand PD Designers

- Experience: 510+ years in product development and design for international markets.

- Technical Skills: CAD, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, pattern making, garment construction knowledge.

- Soft Skills: Communication with international clients, time management, understanding of sizing standards (US/UK/EU), quality control.

- Languages: English fluency (mandatory for US/UK/EU clients).
