As The Safest Pair of Hands in Intralogistics, were looking for passionate Controls R&D; Engineers who are ready to solve complex automation challenges, build reliable PLC-based systems, and shape the future of warehouse automation.

Responsibilities

- Develop standardized, modular and reusable PLC software architecture

- Design PLC hardware, communication, motion and safety system integration

- Validate products through simulation, FAT and qualification testing

- Prepare design docs and ensure CE, UL and Functional Safety compliance

- Drive RCA, design improvements and support through NPI and deployment

- Collaborate across teams to standardize and drive product innovation

Key Skills & Competencies

- Siemens TIA Portal (S7-1200/1500), Structured Text, Ladder Logic, FBD & STL

- Servo, VFD, motion control, sensors, encoders, RFID and HMI systems

- Profinet, PROFIsafe, CANopen, EtherCAT and Serial communication

- Modbus TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, MQTT,



VDA 5050 and OPC UA protocols

- Machine sequences, state machines, safety logic and I/O architecture

- Software debugging, simulation/emulation, FAT/SAT and RCA

- FDS, SDS, control philosophy, I/O lists and version control

- Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration

- ISO 13849-1, IEC 62061, IEC 61508 and Machinery Directive / CE compliance

Educational Qualification &

Experience Required

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics or Automation

- 3-8 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering

- Prior exposure to ASRS, conveyor or material handling systems is a plus
