We are looking forward to hire Cisco Routers & Switches Professionals in the following areas : Experience 5-8 Years – L3 Network Associate Role : L3 Network Associate Experience : 7–10 Years Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled L3 Network Associate with strong expertise in enterprise network operations, troubleshooting, and design across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, security, and monitoring platforms. The role requires deep technical capabilities to handle complex incidents (P1/P2), escalations, and network optimization, along with supporting design validation and architectural improvements.

Support network transformation and modernization projects Required Technical/ Functional Competencies Key Responsibilities ? Advanced Network Operations & Troubleshooting Act as L3 escalation point for complex network incidents (P1/P2)

Perform deep troubleshooting across LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewall, and routing domains

Analyze network issues using packet captures, logs, and monitoring tools

Ensure high availability and performance of enterprise network infrastructure ? Switching & Routing (Cisco) Configure and manage: oCisco Catalyst (C9200/C9300/C9500) and Nexus switches Strong understanding and hands-on experience with: oRouting protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) oVLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP Perform software upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management ? Wireless (Cisco) Strong experience in: oCisco WLC (9800 / AireOS) and Access Points Troubleshoot: oClient connectivity issues oAuthentication failures (802.1X, ISE integration) oRoaming and RF optimization issues ________________________________________ ? Security & SD-WAN Hands-on experience with: oFortinet Firewall (policy, NAT, VPN, troubleshooting) oFortinet SD-WAN (policy, SLA, traffic steering) oCisco ISE administration (AAA, 802.1X, posture, policies) ________________________________________ ? Network Management & Monitoring Experience with tools: oObservium, SolarWinds, SNMP monitoring platforms Manage and troubleshoot: oDNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox preferred) Proactively monitor network health and performance

Identify and mitigate potential issues before impact Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) Hands-on experience in: oDevice onboarding oTemplate-based configuration oAssurance and telemetry analysis Use DNAC for automation and network visibility ________________________________________ ? Design & Architecture Support Participate in: oNetwork design discussions oArchitecture reviews and assessments Provide input for: oCapacity planning oNetwork optimization oTechnology upgrades ? ITSM & Process Compliance Work within ITSM frameworks: oServiceNow / Matrix42 / similar tools Follow: oIncident, problem, and change management processes Prepare RCA reports and documentation _______________________________________ Required Skills Strong expertise in Cisco Catalyst & Nexus switching

Solid knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)

Strong hands-on experience in: oCisco Wireless (WLC/AP) oFortinet Firewall & SD-WAN oCisco ISE (AAA, 802.1X) oFortiGate oFortiAnalyzer oFortiManager oCisco Meraki (MX, MS, Dashboard) Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Observium)





Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM (Infoblox)

Strong troubleshooting skills in enterprise environments
