We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Administrator with strong expertise in integrations and automation. The role involves managing and enhancing Jira, Confluence, and related Atlassian tools, with a focus on building productive workflows and seamless integrations across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Jira Service Management, etc.) and integrations with tools like Aha and SNOW.
- Design, configure, and optimize workflows, fields, permissions, and dashboards
- Build and manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CI/CD tools, HR systems, Slack,APIs)
- Develop and maintain automation rules to improve operational efficiency
- Support user onboarding, access management, and ongoing platform support
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability and performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations
Required Skills & Experience
- 812 years of experience in Atlassian administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration
- Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Jira Automation, ScriptRunner, or similar)
- Experience in integrating Atlassian tools with external systems using APIs/webhooks
- Good understanding of Agile and ITSM practices
- Basic knowledge of scripting Groovy, Python, or similar) is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Atlassian Cloud environments
- Experience with coding or scripting
- Atlassian certifications are a plus
