Legal

· Primary skills: vendor, employment, consultancy, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs

· Secondary skills: contract records, trackers, and related documentation

· Location: Hyderabad (Mindspace#12B)

· Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

· Experience: 5+ : Draft and review global commercial agreements including customer, vendor, employment, consultancy, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.

Support contract negotiations by reviewing terms, preparing mark-ups, and identifying key risks and deviations.

Ensure contracts are aligned with applicable laws, internal policies, and approved contractual standards.

Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, HR, finance, delivery teams) on contract-related matters.





Assist with contract lifecycle activities such as execution, amendments, renewals, and terminations.

Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific or specialised matters, as required.

Maintain contract records, trackers, and related documentation. About us:
