Provides administrative support to clients and collections operations.
Responsibilities
- Manages client data and tracks onsite testing needs as well as other drug testing program requirements and updates.
- Enters orders for onsite visits in DISA Works.
- Assists clients with DISA Works training and questions.
- May work on TNI log.
- Responds to phone calls and emails and directs to the appropriate parties.
- Responds to client requests and updates clients with changes.
- Provides clients with additional information for their testing programs and onsite testing needs.
- May schedule and coordinate onsite testing with clients.
- May complete daily paperwork checking and processing as onsite teams return from runs.
- May perform a few walk-in drug and alcohol screens as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma; some college or certification in the medical field preferred
- Previous experience utilizing customer service skills
- Prior experience in the drug testing industry
Physical Requirements
- Speak, read and write fluently in English.
- Sight and hearing.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to climb stairs frequently.
