Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with 6–7 years of professional experience to lead architectural design, project planning, and execution. The ideal candidate should possess solid design and technical expertise, excellent client coordination skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects from concept design through construction completion.

Prepare architectural concepts, schematic designs, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation.

Coordinate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, address feedback, and maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.

Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, maintain design quality, and provide technical guidance.

Review architectural drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical submissions for accuracy and compliance.

Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.





Mentor and guide junior architects and drafting teams while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Prepare presentations, design reports, and client submissions, and participate in design review meetings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).

6–7 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.

Registration with the Council of Architecture (preferred).

Required Skills

Strong architectural design, planning, detailing, and project management capabilities.

Excellent client coordination, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM workflows is an added advantage.

Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, architectural detailing, building materials, and local building codes.

Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or institutional projects.

Exposure to large-scale or high-rise developments will be an added advantage.
