Job Title: Sr Analyst Finance (Taxation & Statutory) Division/Department: Finance Qualification: CA with 6 months to 1 year of experience

Reporting to: Immediate Supervisor –Manager, Finance (Statutory & Taxation) Work Location: Gurgaon

Summary

The purpose of the role is to provide and play an active role in Financial Reporting and will be responsible for preparation, review, and analysis of General Ledger accounting in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves taking care of end to end withholding Tax Compliances, coordination with auditors & internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage end‑to‑end Withholding Tax (TDS) compliances including computation, payment, and return filings

Maintain complete Fixed Assets Register (FAR), Monitor capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and asset movements & conduct physical verification of fixed assets and reconcile variances.





Manage ROC Compliances and ensure timely filing of the forms/returns Manage General Ledger (GL) accounting and ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closure of books.

Prepare and review Balance Sheet schedules, reconciliations, and supporting workings.

Support in Statutory & Tax Audits Prepare functional budgets in coordination with respective departments, perform monthly tracking of actuals vs budget

Filing Form 15CA/15CB and coordination with tax consultants

Review vendor reconciliations, ageing and ensure clearing of old pending items.

Prepare MIS reports, reconciliations Stat books vs MGT Books

Preparation and timely filing of Cost Audit Report and related forms

Well versed with Accounting Standards and Taxation (DT & IDT).

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

CA with 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting, taxation, and compliances.

Experience in manufacturing & knowledge of SAP preferably.

Valuable Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel Job Requirements:
