Role Description The Sports Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Solapur South, responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing sports activities and programs for learners and staff. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling practice sessions and matches, coordinating use of sports facilities and equipment, and promoting participation in football and other physical education activities. The role involves working closely with faculty, administration, and external partners to manage events, tournaments, and fitness initiatives, ensuring safety and adherence to university policies.

Coordinator also tracks attendance and performance, provides guidance to participants, and contributes to the development of sports-related curricula and co-curricular offerings. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Physical Education and Football,Cricket,kho-kho,kabaddi,Volleyball to plan training sessions, organize matches, and support skill development.

Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage schedules, resources, events, and record-keeping efficiently.

Candidates should ideally have experience in sports program coordination or coaching within an educational or community setting.

Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
