Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Mumbai.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children and young learners, including those with special needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting screenings and detailed evaluations, creating individualized therapy plans, and delivering one-on-one and group speech therapy sessions. The role involves collaborating closely with teachers, special educators, counselors,



and families to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and home support.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will also maintain accurate records, monitor progress, provide training and guidance to school staff, and contribute to awareness programs related to communication and language development.

Qualifications

Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders.

Expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.

Experience in screening, evaluating, and managing Dysphagia.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology-Speech Language Pathology from a recognized institution.

Valid registration or license with the relevant professional council or regulatory body, where applicable.

Prior experience working with children in school or clinical settings, preferably including children with special needs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and work closely with families and educators.

Ability to maintain detailed documentation, use basic digital tools for reporting, and participate in training and capacity-building initiatives.
