Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based at ForesightMinds Child Development Centre in Bengaluru.

The Speech Language

Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children, using evidence-based intervention strategies. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, and tracking progress through documentation and reports. The role involves collaborating with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, special educators, and families to ensure coordinated, holistic care.





The Speech Language

Pathologist will also provide parent training, contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings, and participate in ongoing professional development and program improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention planning.
- Candidates should have expertise in managing Speech and Communication Disorders, with the ability to tailor strategies to individual child needs.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in working with Language Disorders, including receptive and expressive language challenges.
- Candidates should be knowledgeable in evaluating and treating conditions related to Dysphagia, ensuring safe and effective feeding and swallowing practices.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from a recognized institution.
- Relevant licensure/registration as per local regulatory requirements and adherence to professional ethical standards.
- Experience working with children in pediatric or school-based settings, preferably in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with families and colleagues in an inclusive, culturally sensitive manner.
- Ability to maintain clear documentation, manage caseloads efficiently, and use digital tools for record-keeping as needed.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, openness to supervision and feedback, and interest in evidence-based, family-centered practice.
