Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children with speech, language, and communication disorders in an on-site setting located in Thrissur. This full-time role involves conducting individualized evaluations, developing and implementing therapy plans, and monitoring progress using standardized tools and clinical observations. Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering one-on-one and group therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members, and educating families and caregivers on home-based strategies.





The Speech Language

Pathologist will maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case discussions, and contribute to multidisciplinary treatment planning to ensure coordinated, child-centered care.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech-related issues.

Candidates should possess expertise in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.

Candidates should possess clinical competence in identifying and managing Dysphagia.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Relevant professional registration or licensure as applicable, and adherence to ethical and clinical practice standards.

Experience working with children with Cerebral Palsy, Autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental or neurological conditions is highly beneficial.

Solid observational, documentation, and case management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to guide and support families and caregivers.
