Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist based in Dwarka. The therapist will assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children with intellectual disabilities and related conditions.



Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, conducting one-on-one and monitoring progress with regular documentation and outcome tracking. Qualifications:

Strong skills in Speech Therapy and experience delivering evidence-based interventions.

Ability to assess and manage Speech and Communication Disorders with culturally sensitive approaches.

Competence in working with Language Disorders, including expressive and receptive language difficulties.

Knowledge of Dysphagia assessment and management, or willingness to develop this competence.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Relevant registration or licensure as required by local regulations.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Sensitivity to socio-economic and gender-related issues.
