Vendor Development, Part development &

- Process Expert -Will be responsible to bring necessary technical knowledge to ensure best possible tool Part development & process setup at supplier front &
- In-house.

Role responsibilities

•Fair exposure in multiple manufacturing processes in Sheet Metal &
- Tool.

•8 -10 years of experience in Component development / supplier quality / Manufacturing in

Automotive/Home appliances Industries.

•Key window person with supplier throughout the development phase, PPAP, SOP and beyond SOP support.

•Possess solid abilities in planning, coordinating, executing, coaching, decision-making, trouble shooting.

•Perform onsite supplier visit for process and product audit,



root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues.

•Evaluate supplier quality data and manufacturing process to identify process improvement.

•Interaction with Industrial Design (Studio) and CMF (Colour, Material &

- Finish) team to understand the expectations and converting the requirement on the product.

•Conduct new part tool trial run at supplier end to ensure process establishment, controls, tooling and gauges.

•Visits to Vendor factory for inspection & testing of new parts and assess with reference to Customers
