Summary Position Summary Seeking an accomplished and passionate Corporate Trainer with extensive hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Technologies, dedicated to delivering impactful and engaging learning experiences that drive technical excellence across our teams. By aligning training initiatives with organizational goals and technology roadmaps, mentoring learners, and continuously evolving content to reflect the latest advancements, this trainer will play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams and supporting our commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Work you'll do As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Learning Facilitation and Coaching on the Deloitte Technology Academy team, you will be responsible for: Delivering technical training programs in Java full stack development, including Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Angular, React, and Google Cloud Platform.

Designing curriculum, learning plans, assessments, labs, and instructional materials that support upskilling and cross-skilling in full stack technologies.

Facilitating virtual and in-person learning sessions, mentoring participants through programming and testing exercises, and addressing learner questions throughout the training lifecycle.

Measuring learner progress through assignments, assessments, feedback, and evaluation mechanisms, and refining content and delivery methods based on outcomes and participant input.

Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build training programs aligned to business priorities, technology roadmaps, and workforce capability needs.

Maintaining current knowledge of Java, UI frameworks, cloud platforms, and GenAI-enabled development tools to keep training content aligned with evolving market practices. The team The Deloitte Technology Academy (DTA) will be a leading-edge, branded educational institute that develops new age digital skills, offering a comprehensive cross-business curriculum, blend of solutions, dedicated faculty, and strategic partnerships that differentiate Deloitte as the premier organization for technology skills development. When operating at full scale, we expect DTA to train tens of thousands of learners annually in critical technology skills including AI, Cloud, Cyber, custom development, and package technologies.

Location: Bangalore Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM Qualifications Required: 8+ years of corporate training experience in Java full stack technologies.

Bachelor's degree in computer science,



information technology, engineering, or equivalent work experience.

Experience managing end-to-end technical training delivery, including planning, content development, facilitation, and evaluation.

Experience delivering training in Java technologies, including Core Java, Advanced Java, Servlets, JavaServer Pages, Java Database Connectivity, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, Java Persistence API, RESTful APIs, JSON Web Token, and microservices.

Experience delivering training in front-end technologies, including Angular, React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and Bootstrap.

Experience with software engineering tools and platforms, including Git, Maven, Gradle, JUnit, Mockito, Sonar, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and Google Cloud Platform.

Experience using GenAI-enabled development tools such as GitHub Copilot, with familiarity in retrieval-augmented generation and agent-based frameworks.

Preferred: Experience delivering training or workshops in cloud-native application development using Google Cloud Platform services.

Experience with Vue.js, Next.js, micro-frontends, server-side rendering, static site generation, or progressive web applications.

Experience developing hands-on labs that integrate full stack development with cloud deployment scenarios.

Experience with accessibility, internationalization, and application security practices in UI development.

Industry certifications in Java, cloud, or full stack technologies.
