- Strong understanding of Spanish language (written & spoken).
- Manage Ad campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Media, Sales) and external partners (Publishers, Advertisers) to execute campaigns effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance using data insights and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Develop robust relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- 1-7 years of experience in Ad Operations or related field.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Experience working with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges; knowledge of RTB bidding strategies preferred.
