We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architec t to design and deliver enterprise-scale Modern Workplac e and Microsoft 36 5 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Architecture, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Security & Complianc e. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to architect secure, scalable, and AI-powered collaboration solutions

.Key Responsibilitie

- sDesign and implement end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace solutions
- .Lead architecture, governance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilo t and AI-powered workplace solutions

- .Define Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards
- .Architect solutions across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Power Platfor m

- .Design enterprise collaboration, communication, and productivity solutions
- .Implement Microsoft 365 governance, tenant strategy, and security best practices
- .Work with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and Zero Trust architecture
- .Design and implement Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Graph API integrations, and AI adoption strategies
- .Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and customer-facing solution workshops
- .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure Microsoft solutions

- sExtensive experience as a Microsoft 365 Solution Architec t, Modern Workplace Architec t, or Collaboration Architec t

- .Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Architectur e and enterprise solution design
- .Experience with Microsoft Copilo t, Copilot Studi o, Copilot Agents, Generative AI, and Prompt Engineering

- .Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph AP I and Graph Connectors
- .Robust knowledge of Power Platfor m (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

- .Experience with Microsoft Team s, Teams Voice, Direct Routing, Teams Rooms, and Teams Governance
- .Solid expertise in SharePoint Online Architectur e, Governance, Migration, and Contemporary SharePoint

- .Experience with Exchange Online Administratio n, mailbox migrations, and email security
- .Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra I D, Conditional Access, Identity Management, and Zero Trust
- .Experience with Microsoft Purvie w, DLP, Information Protection, Sensitivity Labels, Compliance Manager, and Microsoft Defender

- .Experience in Microsoft 365 governance, tenant administration, and enterprise security
- .Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and solution architecture skills
