Based in Saudi Arabia, the Solution Architect will work closely with sales, business-development, delivery, infrastructure, and partner teams. The role will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing scalable solutions, preparing technical and commercial inputs, conducting demonstrations, and enabling the sales team to achieve its revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture and Presales
Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, technical environment, workloads, security requirements, and transformation priorities.
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, resilient, and commercially viable solution architectures.
Support the complete presales lifecycle—from opportunity qualification and discovery through solution design, proposal submission, technical evaluation, proof of concept, and deal closure.
Guide sales professionals during customer engagements and ensure that proposed solutions address the customer’s business and technical requirements.
Lead technical presentations, discovery workshops, solution demonstrations, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concept activities.
Prepare solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, bills of materials, scope documents, effort estimates, technical proposals, and responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
Clearly communicate solution value, business outcomes, implementation approach, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and total cost of ownership.
Coordinate with OEMs, technology partners, cloud providers, delivery teams, and customer stakeholders.
Maintain reusable solution templates, sizing models, reference architectures, and presales documentation.
Hardware and Infrastructure Sizing
Perform detailed infrastructure and hardware sizing based on process volumes, transaction loads, user concurrency, bot workloads, data growth, availability requirements, and expected future expansion.
Recommend appropriate CPU, memory, storage, network, database, server, and GPU configurations.
Design solutions for on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid environments.
Develop architectures covering development, testing, staging, production, and disaster-recovery environments.
Design for high availability,
load balancing, scalability, backup, disaster recovery, performance, security, and business continuity.
Estimate capacity requirements for automation control rooms, bot runners, application servers, databases, AI workloads, vector databases, and integration components.
Evaluate hardware and cloud-service options while balancing performance, scalability, security, and cost.
Work with infrastructure and security teams to validate ports, protocols, firewalls, identity services, network connectivity, access controls, and environment readiness.
Intelligent Automation and RPA The candidate must have practical solution-design exposure to the following platforms:
UiPath
Blue Prism
Microsoft Power Automate
Automation Anywhere
Responsibilities will include
Designing enterprise automation platforms and deployment architectures.
Sizing attended and unattended automation environments.
Understanding bot licensing, orchestration, credential management, scheduling, monitoring, queues, logging, and workload distribution.
Designing integrations with ERP, CRM, databases, APIs, web applications, virtual environments, document-management systems, and enterprise applications.
Advising customers on automation governance, security, operating models, and Centres of Excellence.
Supporting process assessment and identifying suitable automation opportunities.
Incorporating process mining, document understanding, intelligent document processing, OCR, workflow automation, and analytics where appropriate.
Comparing technology options objectively and recommending the most suitable platform for each customer environment.
Agentic AI Solution Architecture The candidate must possess deep knowledge of Agentic AI and generative AI solutions, including:
Autonomous and human-supervised AI agents
Multi-agent architectures and agent orchestration
Large language models and small language models

Identify practical Agentic AI use cases across customer service, finance, procurement, human resources, sales, supply chain, IT operations, and other enterprise functions.
Design Agentic AI solutions that securely connect with RPA platforms, enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and workflow systems.
Select suitable models, orchestration frameworks, integration patterns, infrastructure, and deployment options.
Size CPU, memory, storage, and GPU requirements for AI workloads where applicable.
Evaluate on-premises, cloud-hosted, and hybrid AI deployment approaches.
Design security controls covering identity, permissions, data protection, auditability, model access, guardrails, and human approval.
