- Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and building scalable APIs/microservices (REST, asynchronous messaging/eventing).

- Strong hands-on experience with React JS and up-to-date front-end engineering (TypeScript preferred, component architecture, performance optimization, accessibility basics).

- Experience designing and governing end-to-end full stack architectures, including API contracts, versioning, backward compatibility, and integration patterns.

- Strong knowledge of security-by-design across UI and services: OWASP, secure coding, secrets management, SSO/OAuth2/OIDC, CSRF/XSS protections, and secure API design.

- Familiarity with Micro-Frontends and front-end platform governance is a plus.

- Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile), release/change management, incident management, and production readiness expectations.

- AI-assisted development proficiency (e.g., GitHub Copilot/enterprise LLM tools) to accelerate design, coding, testing, and documentation used responsibly with security, privacy, and IP considerations.
