Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design: Lead end-to-end architecture and implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD/HRSM, Knowledge & Case Management, and Custom Portals (ITOM is a plus).

Strategic Transformation: Drive ITIL-based transformation initiatives, aligning platform capabilities with business and enterprise architecture goals.

Technical Leadership: Act as SME and technical leader, providing guidance to development teams and mentoring junior architects.

Solution Development: Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions, including design documentation and data model enhancements.

Integration & MID Server: Manage MID Server lifecycle, and design secure integrations with intranet and external systems.

Analytics & Reporting: Utilize ServiceNow Performance Analytics and BI tools for dashboards and data-driven insights.

Quality Assurance: Oversee testing strategy, usability reviews,



and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Platform Governance: Manage upgrades, new feature adoption, and architectural governance.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Core Technologies

JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, Jelly scripting

Python, PowerShell, Bash, Core Java

Databases: MySQL, MS SQL Server, PL/SQL

Integration & Platform:

REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSO, SAML, JDBC, ODBC

Strong expertise in ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and integrations

Hands-on experience with MID Server configuration and troubleshooting

ServiceNow Experience

8+ end-to-end implementations and platform upgrades

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ITIL processes

Soft Skills

Strong leadership and communication

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
