We are looking for passionate, performance-driven, and customer-focused Solar Consultants who will be responsible for converting qualified leads into happy solar customers. This is a field sales role that requires direct interaction with potential customers at their homes, educating them about solar solutions,conducting site assessments, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do (The Jobs to be Done)
- Lead Conversion & Customer Interaction:
● Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company.
● Educate customers on solar energy, benefits, and ROI calculations in a simple, compelling manner.
● Understand the customer’s electricity consumption patterns and requirements to suggest the most suitable solar solutions.
● Build long-term relationships with homeowners to establish trust and credibility.
● Visit customer homes and conduct detailed consultations based on qualified leads shared by the company.

Site Assessments
● Conduct physical site surveys to assess roof condition, area availability, and other technical feasibility aspects.
● Coordinate with internal teams for remote site evaluation or drone surveys where applicable.

Sales Closure
● Prepare and present customized proposals and financial analysis.
● Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers.
● Follow up with leads regularly to drive closures and meet monthly sales targets
- Cross-functional Coordination:
● Work closely with design, installation, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution.
● Update the CRM system regularly with lead status, visit notes, and sales progress.
Who You Are
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline). Technical background (Diploma/BE in Electrical,
Mechanical, or Civil) is a plus.
Experience: 1–5 years in B2C field sales. Prior solar experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Skills
● Strong communication and persuasion skills in regional/local language & English.
● Ability to explain technical concepts in straightforward terms.
● Customer-centric approach with a focus on problem-solving and consultative selling.
● Proficiency in using CRM apps and Google Sheets or Excel.
Other Requirements
● A two-wheeler and valid driving license is a must.
● Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
● Open to working on weekends (weekly off will be on weekdays).
