Role: Solar Electrical Supervisor

Location : Kovilpatti, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Solar Electrical Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in solar electrical works, site supervision, and team management while ensuring projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise solar electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Manage and guide technicians at the project site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to electrical and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and meet installation deadlines.
- Inspect wiring, panels, inverters, and other electrical components.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical support.




- Maintain daily work reports and site documentation.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in solar electrical projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical installations.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
