Position Description:

Experience:

Having experience in the solar cell manufacturing industry.

4 to 7 years - Assistant Manager

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment and modern processes to achieve excellence in coordination with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.




- Perform data analysis of electrical and process parameters (SPC) using MS Excel and Minitab, and prepare corresponding MIS reports.
- Prepare and execute experimental plans and DOEs, and submit detailed analysis reports.
- Support and prepare various documentation activities, such as PFD, WI, SOP, MQP, SPC, RMR, guidelines, ISO documents, and other related records.
- Coordinate with Production, Process, Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Project, and Utility departments for cross-functional activities.
- Identify training needs and provide training to operators, GETs, and engineers on technical aspects (Solar Cell Technology, Process, SPC, 5S) and safety procedures to maintain production standards, process control, and quality.
- Implement quality standards and structured processes/internal process controls for manufacturing operations to ensure business goals are achieved across the assigned unit.
- Responsible for New Process Integration (NPI) for PERC and Bifacial technologies.
- Drive efficiency improvement as per roadmap and develop processes for recent technologies, including Selective Emitter, PERC Bifacial, and TOPCon.
- Possess knowledge and hands-on experience with process lab tools (4PP, Reflectometer, Lifetime, SUN-VOC, EL Testing), ensuring their proper functioning and coordinating with vendors/OEMs as required.
- Identify and evaluate areas for continuous improvement in solar cell efficiency and quality and implement cost-reduction initiatives.
