As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate Software Tester (Manual QA) to join our Quality Assurance team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Software Tester with 6 Months to 1.5 Years of experience in software testing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, excellent analytical skills, and experience testing web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Identify, document, report, and track software defects.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand business requirements.
- Prepare testing documentation and maintain testing reports.
- Ensure product quality before production deployment.




- Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and release activities.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Sanity Testing.
- Basic understanding of API Testing (Postman is an advantage).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Passion for software quality and continuous learning.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Sc. (IT / Computer Science)
- Or any equivalent qualification.
