Role : MSD CRM Test Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Exp : 7+yrs

Work Mode: Hybrid

Notice Period : 0-30 Days Key Responsibilities

Test Automation

Develop and maintain an automated testing framework for D365 CE and related applications.

Create automated regression, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Define QA standards, test coverage goals, and best practices.

Functional Testing

Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

Perform functional, integration and regression testing as well as UAT testing for internal delivery items.

Validate D365 CE customizations, workflows, Power Automate flows, integrations, and security models.

Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.

Conduct release validation and post-deployment testing.

Collaboration





Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and release planning activities.

Provide quality metrics, risk assessments, and testing status updates.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.

Experience implementing automated testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.

Success Measures

Increase automated test coverage across CRM applications.

Reduce manual testing effort for recurring releases.

Improve release quality and reduce production defects.

Establish repeatable QA processes and testing standards.
