Role Description The Software Quality Assurance Tester will work on-site in Chennai in a full-time capacity, contributing to the quality and reliability of Quascenta’s validation lifecycle management products.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing test cases, executing manual tests, and documenting results to ensure that software features perform as expected and meet defined quality standards.

The role involves identifying, reporting, and tracking defects, collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts to resolve issues and improve overall software performance. The tester will participate in regression testing, support release cycles, and help refine testing processes and documentation to align with regulatory and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, analyze test results, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with transparent written and verbal communication skills.
