Role Description This is a full time, on-site Software Quality Assurance Tester role based in Surat.

The Software Quality Assurance

Tester will design and execute test plans and test cases for Scanbo’s diagnostic software and related applications, ensuring they meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing functional, regression, and integration testing, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with developers and product teams to resolve issues. The role also involves analyzing test results, contributing to test automation where applicable, and maintaining clear testing documentation.



The tester will work closely with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of software performance, reliability, and user experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Execution, including creating, running, and documenting manual and automated test cases.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Quality and Software Quality Assurance skills, with experience in applying quality standards and best practices.
- Candidates should possess Quality Assurance skills, including test planning, defect tracking, and verification of fixes.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Experience testing healthcare, medical device, or AI-driven applications is an advantage.
- Familiarity with test management tools, bug tracking systems, and basic scripting or automation frameworks is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
