Primary Responsibilities:

- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation

- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work perks and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

- Graduate degree





- Full Stack Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Java and 2+ years of experience in Mainframe development

- Experience with frameworks and technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and relational databases

- Hands-on experience with build and deployment tools (Maven/Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)

- Experience in test automation using tools like JUnit, Selenium, or Playwright

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

- Proficiency in Java SE (Java 8/11/17/21) and exposure to mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS)

- Ability to participate in design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable solutions with minimal customization

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Onshore-Offshore delivery models

- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
