Role Description The Software Engineer role at The Agentic Loop is a full-time, remote position focused on building and maintaining the technical systems that power our AI-driven content and learning experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating AI models and data pipelines, and ensuring performance, reliability, and security across our platforms.

The Software

Engineer will collaborate with content, product,



and curriculum teams to deliver features that support newsletters, programs, and interactive tools. The role also involves writing clean, maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. Qualifications

Strong foundation in core Computer Science concepts such as algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building production-quality applications.

Hands-on experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and cloud-based services.

Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related design principles and patterns.

Experience working with AI/ML tools or integrating AI services into applications is a plus.

Familiarity with modern development practices (version control, testing, CI/CD, code review) and team-oriented remote work tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and interest in the emerging agentic AI ecosystem.
