Work Location: Pune (Remote) (Need to visit the office for initial training) Experience: Min 3-5 years Responsibilities:

Python Development & Automation

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based internal tools to support engineering and business operations.

Build automation solutions for Microsoft Excel data processing, reporting, and workflow optimization.

Read, write, manipulate, and validate Excel files using Python libraries.

Enhance existing applications by adding new features, improving performance, and resolving defects.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code following best practices.

Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation scripts and tools. Communication & Documentation





Prepare clear technical documentation, reports, and user guides.

Create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to communicate project updates and technical concepts.

Draft clear and effective email communications with internal stakeholders.

Work closely with engineering and business teams to gather feedback and continuously improve solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Intermediate-level proficiency in Python programming.

Experience developing automation tools using Python.

Strong knowledge of Excel automation using libraries ¯

Understanding of data validation, processing, and reporting techniques.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and professional email drafting skills.

Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
