Max NP: Serving within 30days ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Portfolio Planning Workspace, Demand/Resource Management Strategic Planning & Workspace Implementation: Deep technical hands-on experience setting up the central Portfolio Planning Workspace, building corporate Goal Frameworks, and establishing scenario-planning matrices.

- Enterprise Demand & Intake Architecture: Proven experience configuring end-to-end demand intake, multi-variable scoring models,



and automated gate-check prioritization flows to bridge innovation and execution.
- Resource Capacity & Utilization Monitoring: Technical competence setting up operational resource plans, capacity forecasting matrices, allocation schedules, and configuring real-time timecard management tracking.
- PPM Lifecycle Execution Suite: Expertise configuring and extending turnkey Project & Program Management capabilities (Project Workspace, Planning Consoles), alongside fine-tuning complex project templates.

SPM Financial & Cost Controls: Ability to design cost-tracking frameworks, Investment Funding models, budgeting matrices, and financial dashboards to track actual vs. forecast project spending.

- Agile & Execution Framework Alignment: Familiarity embedding Scaled Agile (SAFe) or hybrid frameworks by integrating ServiceNow Agile Development, Test Management, and Cooperative Work Management.
