Must-Have**
- Install, configure, and maintain core Genesys Framework components.
- Strong knowledge of Genesys Engage architecture and experience with Genesys Framework components
- Maintain configuration objects like applications, hosts,
and connections.
- Monitor platform health and system performance.
- Perform upgrades, patches, and configuration management.
- Maintain high availability and disaster recovery configurations.
- Deploy current Genesys components in development, test, and production environments.
- Follow change management and release processes.
- Investigate and resolve platform issues related to SIP, URS , ORS , GRE, GRAT and other services.
- Analyze Genesys logs to identify root causes.
- Design and maintain call routing strategies using Genesys Composer Tool.
- Strong knowledge on analysing routing issues and provide fix to resolve them.
- End to end platform set up along with application options deployment.
