Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO)

Max Budget: 24 LPA

Max NP: Serving within 30days SAP Finance (FICO)

Exp – 5-8 Years

- Lead and support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations and rollouts.
- Gather business requirements and design best-practice finance solutions.
- Configure and support: o General Ledger (GL)

o Accounts Payable (AP)

o Accounts Receivable (AR)

o Asset Accounting (AA)

o Bank Accounting o Cost Center Accounting (CCA)

o Internal Orders o Profit Center Accounting (PCA)

o Product Costing and Profitability Analysis (COPA)

- Drive fit-to-standard workshops and gap analysis activities.
- Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and statutory tax requirements.

Treasury & Cash Management

- Configure and support: o SAP Treasury and Risk Management o Cash Management o Liquidity Management o Bank Account Management o Cash Position and Liquidity Forecast o In-House Cash o Bank Communication Management o Payment Processing
- Manage integration with banking systems and SWIFT/payment interfaces.
- Support treasury operations, cash forecasting, investments, borrowings, and financial risk management.

Credit Management

- Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Credit Management.
- Configure: o Credit Segments o Credit Rules o Credit Checks o Credit Exposure Monitoring o Credit Limits o FSCM Credit Management




- Collaborate with business teams to optimize credit risk processes.
- Support credit monitoring, collections, and dispute management processes.

Project Delivery

- Lead workshops, blueprinting, design reviews, testing, and cutover activities.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and integrations.
- Work closely with technical, integration, and business teams.
- Support UAT, training, hypercare, and production support.
- Drive continuous process improvements using SAP best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5 – 8 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Robust expertise in: o SAP FI o SAP CO o SAP Treasury and Risk Management o SAP Cash Management o SAP FSCM Credit Management
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong understanding of integration with: o SAP SD o SAP MM o SAP Ariba o Banking Interfaces o SAP BTP (preferred)

- Experience in global transformation programs.
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Experience with SAP Group Reporting and Central Finance.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and cloud deployment models.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
