Role Overview We are looking for a Software Engineer who doesn’t just write code—but uses AI to accelerate, optimize, and rethink development workflows. You’ll build scalable systems while leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and ChatGPT to improve productivity and code quality.

This role sits at the intersection of software engineering + applied AI, not pure ML research. Responsibilities

Develop quality software and web applications

Analyze and maintain existing software applications

Design highly scalable, testable code

Discover and fix programming bugs AI-Augmented Development

Use AI tools to

Generate and optimize code

Debug faster

Automate repetitive tasks

Build internal workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Integrate AI into products (chatbots, copilots, automation layers) System Thinking + Productivity

Reduce engineering effort using automation

Improve dev velocity (target:



2–5x productivity vs traditional devs)

Evaluate when AI helps vs when manual coding is better Collaboration

Work with product, design, and data teams

Translate business problems into technical + AI-driven solutions Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

Development experience with programming languages

SQL database or relational database skills Solid in at least one:

JavaScript (Node.js / React)

Python

Java / Go Solid understanding of:

Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
