Test Analyst (flex sub-grade): Bachelor's + 2+ years testing; ISTQB Foundation required Technical Skills

Automation framework proficiency (in-house)

Programming in Java / Python / JavaScript

Test management tools

CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Senior SDET: deep)

Test Analyst sub-grade: manual execution discipline Soft Skills

Execution discipline under release pressure

Collaboration in a flex (non-fixed-team) setting
