ESU-EI is seeking an experienced Apigee Solution Architect to lead enterprise-wide API Management and Digital Integration initiatives for the customer . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Apigee (Edge/X/Hybrid), API-led architecture, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration patterns.
The candidate will be responsible for defining API strategy, architecture governance, security standards, reusable API frameworks, and driving large-scale API transformation programs across business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead enterprise API architecture and API management strategies using Google Apigee.
Design scalable, secure, and reusable APIs aligned with business and technical requirements.
Drive API-first and Microservices architecture adoption across enterprise platforms.
Architect and implement solutions on Apigee X, Apigee Hybrid, and Apigee Edge.
Define API governance, lifecycle management, versioning, and security frameworks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, application architects, integration teams,
and customer leadership.
Design and implement: REST APIs

Event-driven integrations

Enterprise Service Integrations
Lead API gateway configuration, traffic management, security enforcement, and analytics implementation.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical leadership to project teams.
