About The Role We are seeking a dedicated Manual Tester with domain expertise in health claims processing and hands-on experience with the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating health insurance claim workflows, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining the overall quality of the system. This role requires a meticulous individual who can analyze complex claim processes, create detailed test cases, and execute testing activities to identify and resolve defects effectively.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, domain experts, and development teams to ensure that the health claims modules function seamlessly and meet business expectations.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health claims processing and familiarity with the TCS BaNCS platform are essential. Candidates should demonstrate solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation abilities.

Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools, along with basic SQL skills, will be advantageous. Candidates with a proactive attitude and a passion for quality assurance are encouraged to apply.





Responsibilities Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within the TCS BaNCS platform, ensuring all workflows such as claim adjudication, settlement, policy linkage, and payments are functioning correctly. Develop and execute detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications. Conduct various types of testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing necessary support throughout the process.

Log, track, and verify defects, collaborating closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution. Ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, business rules, and quality standards to maintain system integrity and compliance. Work in tandem with business analysts and domain experts to understand detailed requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

Continuously review testing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal coverage of all claim workflows.
