Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing of AI-powered conversational applications to ensure accuracy, stability, and performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test scenarios
- Strengthen and optimize QA processes and methodologies
- Analyze product behavior to identify improvement areas in model performance
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to maintain quality standards
- Generate transparent and detailed test reports with actionable insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in QA/SDET roles
- Strong background in both manual and automation testing
- Practical experience with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, and Rest Assured
- Good knowledge of API testing and programming using Java or Python
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Maven
- Solid understanding of functional and non-functional testing approaches
- Working knowledge of databases (MySQL or similar) and tools like JMeter is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
