About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team working on the VeriTouch solution, which is built upon Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This pivotal role combines technical leadership with hands-on management of development processes to deliver a scalable, high-quality product that meets strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving technological innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance engineering environment.

As a key leader, you will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, guide your team through complex technical challenges, and ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable solutions that align with our organizational goals.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven experience working with the .NET platform, C#, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform, including Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.



A minimum of five years in a managerial role leading cross-functional software development teams is essential. Solid expertise in enterprise application architecture, technical design, and software development best practices is required.

Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop technical teams, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement. Exceptional communication skills are vital for translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences. A track record of managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments will be highly valued.

Responsibilities As a Software Development Manager, your responsibilities will include managing and leading a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and quality engineers. You will oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to ensure timely and successful product delivery aligned with business objectives.

Your role involves ensuring adherence to software development processes, maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and scalability. You will provide technical guidance on design, coding standards, and architecture, particularly for the VeriTouch solution leveraging Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Plug-ins, SSIS, ADF, Customer Insights, Co-pilot, and Agent. Conducting regular performance evaluations, fostering professional growth, and ensuring team accountability are key aspects of your leadership.

you will collaborate with architects and stakeholders to develop high-level designs and technical roadmaps, staying updated on technological advancements to evaluate their relevance and impact on our products. Effective communication of technical strategies and product updates to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential to facilitate alignment and transparency across teams.
