- In a retail ecosystem serving over 2,300 brands, the backend isn't just a layerit's the central nervous system. As a Senior Software Engineer (SDE 2/3), you are the architect of high-availability systems that synchronize online sales, offline inventory, and complex logistics in real-time.
- You won't just be "writing APIs"; you will be designing the distributed infrastructure that ensures a seamless experience for millions of users. The Daily Craft : What Youll Actually Build :

Distributed Systems & Microservices :

- You will design and maintain large-scale backend systems using Node.js (TypeScript). These services aren't just standalone appsthey are containerized via Docker and orchestrated on Kubernetes (GKE/EKS) to handle massive bursts in traffic without breaking a sweat.

Event-Driven Architecture :

- You will build asynchronous, resilient systems leveraging Apache Kafka for data streaming. Whether it's managing inter-service communication or real-time data synchronization across third-party platforms,



youll ensure that data flows reliably and instantly.

Engineering Governance & Mentorship :

- As an SDE 2/3, you are a force multiplier. You will conduct deep-dive design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and establish the gold standards for maintainable, secure code. Youll also lead incident responses and perform root-cause analysis to ensure the system evolves with every challenge.

Your Blueprint : The Skills You Bring :

- The Core : 5-8 years of professional experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS. You have a deep understanding of system design and distributed patterns.
- The Cloud Stack : Expert knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s), Helm, and GCP/AWS. You treat infrastructure as a mission-critical component of your code.
- The Data Engine : Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and caching layers like Redis. If you have exposure to ClickHouse or Temporal.io, youll find our challenges particularly exciting.
- The Observability Eye : You don't "guess" why a system is slow; you use Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to know for sure.
