The Role: In year one, you'll deliver daily in-person DSA training and mentor classes of 70–100 students in Hyderabad. Based on your performance, you can then move into Software Development — building scalable products and internal platforms.
What You'll Do
Deliver daily in-person DSA training with strong learning outcomes
Mentor students — resolve queries, give personalized guidance, review deliverables
Build software (post year one) — features and internal tools across NxtWave
Keep growing in both teaching and engineering
You're a Strong Fit If
Strong in Data Structures & Algorithms, and can explain them clearly
Problem-solving mindset; quick to pick up recent platforms
Empathetic, ambitious, open to feedback
Bonus: teaching/mentorship experience, competitive programming (Codeforces / CodeChef / LeetCode / AtCoder), ICPC/hackathons, comfort with AI tools
