Role Overview :

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that power our immigration processing engines.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and legal experts, to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency of our service delivery, ensuring that thousands of users experience a frictionless and transparent immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support our core immigration platforms.
- Develop and optimize data-driven features using Python to automate document verification and compliance checks.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in design reviews, code audits, and deployment strategies.
- Design efficient database schemas and write complex SQL queries to ensure data integrity and high-speed retrieval for global user records.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain the reliability of our client-facing applications.




- Integrate cloud-native services on AWS to enhance system scalability and ensure secure data storage across international regions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Python, with a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proven ability to develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using modern Javascript frameworks.
- Proficient in managing version control workflows using Git and operating within Agile development environments to deliver iterative software updates.
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying system bottlenecks and performing root-cause analysis during complex troubleshooting scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a distributed, remote-first global team.
- Ability to manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines within AWS environments to support high-availability applications.
- Candidates must possess between 3 - 12 years of professional software development experience, demonstrating a track record of delivering high-quality code in rapid-paced environments.
