ToggleNow is seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing AI practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and AI-powered chatbot development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Freshers with exceptional AI/ML projects, internships, and strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for enterprise applications.

Build and optimize Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs).

Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases.

Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize open-source and commercial LLMs.

Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational AI solutions.

Implement NLP solutions including text classification, sentiment analysis, summarization, entity extraction, and semantic search.

Build scalable REST APIs to integrate AI models into business applications.

Work with structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.

Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.

Monitor model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Participate in solution architecture, technical design,



and product ownership activities.

Stay updated with advancements in AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

MCA or M.Sc. (Computer Science, Data Science, AI) can also apply.

4 years of experience in AI/ML development, Data Science, or related domains.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.

Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.

Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.

Understanding of NLP techniques and modern transformer-based architectures.

Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with Git and software development best practices.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Exposure to MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

Experience with AI agents, multi-agent frameworks, and workflow orchestration.

Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation techniques.

Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Data Science.
