About The Role We are seeking experienced AS40 Developers to join our dynamic team on a PAN India basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the AS400 platform. This role involves analyzing client requirements, designing technical solutions, and realizing those designs through efficient coding and development.

The AS40 Developer will be responsible for creating robust, scalable, and error-free programs, primarily using RPG, RPGIV, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, DB2/400, and SQL. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects across diverse industries, contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AS400/RPG development is essential. Strong understanding of requirement analysis, technical design, and implementation is required.

Proficiency in RPG, RPGIV, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, DB2/400, and SQL is mandatory. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are vital to succeed in this role. Prior experience working on PAN India projects and the ability to adapt to diverse client environments will be considered advantageous.
