Job Title: Software Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Software Asset Management (ITAM) Administrator to manage enterprise software asset management, license compliance, and discovery platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with USU LIMA (Aspera SmartTrack), RayVentory/Raynet Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), and enterprise infrastructure tools including SCCM, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Azure, and VMware vCenter. The role involves administering ITAM solutions, ensuring software compliance, optimizing inventory coverage, automating operational tasks, and supporting hybrid infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, configure, and support USU LIMA (Aspera SmartTrack) platform.
- Manage RayVentory/Raynet Discovery Tool for software and hardware asset discovery.
- Perform Software Asset Management (SAM) activities, including software inventory, license compliance, and audit readiness.
- Ensure accurate software discovery,



inventory coverage, and identification of blind spots across the enterprise setting.
- Integrate ITAM solutions with SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Azure, and VMware vCenter.
- Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents while performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and solution architecture documentation.
- Automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell or other scripting technologies.
- Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure, VMware, and On-Premises platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and managed service partners to deliver high-quality ITAM services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, software licensing standards, and ITIL best practices.
