About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Architect to lead the architectural vision and technical strategy of our AI-powered healthcare platform. In this role, you will work closely with the CTO, Product, Program Management, and Engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems while mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap.
- Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native application architectures.
- Lead architecture discussions, system design, API strategy, and microservices implementation.
- Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, observability, and security initiatives.
