Reporting To: Dean/Academic Head Job Summary The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for enhancing students' communication, personality, and employability skills through structured training programs, enabling them to succeed in campus placements and skilled careers. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training on communication, personality development, presentation skills, business etiquette, and workplace professionalism.
- Prepare students for campus placements through mock interviews, group discussions, and HR interview training.
- Develop training content, assessments, and learning materials.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.




- Coordinate with the Training & Placement team for placement readiness activities.
- Maintain training records and reports.

Qualification & Experience

- Master's degree in English, MBA, Psychology, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, or placement training.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and employability skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
